He fixed the issue, lubed everything and it works perfectly.  The other company wanted 5,000 to replace everything,  my garage door is only 3-5 years old. They set the appointment and sent a message with arrival time for service. 5 minutes before arriving they texted that they were near. The tech was very professional. He gave me an estimate, explained why I needed the repairs, and went about the repairs that needed to be made. New rollers, cables and a springs needed adjustment. The repairs were made systematically and with precision. No question that my repair tech Donley knew his job. The rollers were worn out and/frozen so the results were amazingly quiet operation . When Donley left, the garage was clean, no mess.

John, our service tech, was very professional, explained all the work he was proposing, and worked very quickly to get all the work done.  The garage door functions like a dream now and things are sealed tight for winter.  Kari, our customer service rep, was also very responsive and kind to work with.
