We asked for Mr Spring to replace our door seal and inspect for other issues.  John, our service tech, was very professional, explained all the work he was proposing, and worked very quickly to get all the work done.  The garage door functions like a dream now and things are sealed tight for winter.  Kari, our customer service rep, was also very responsive and kind to work with. We were having an issue with our garage door so we made an appointment with Mr. Spring. Our technician, John, showed up exactly when he said he would, was super friendly and respectful, explained what the problems were and replaced our 20 year old garage door system all in one visit. John Pratt was a great installer of my new garage replacements. He was very courteous & super informative, answering questions & concerns & my choices & package prices.
