Most homeowners do not realize their garage door cable needs to be replaced until a problem becomes impossible to ignore. Tension – Garage door cables are designed to lift the weight of a garage door–usually somewhere between 100-400 lbs. As such, they carry significant tension to manage all that weight. They set the appointment and sent a message with arrival time for service. 5 minutes before arriving they texted that they were near. The tech was very professional. He gave me an estimate, explained why I needed the repairs, and went about the repairs that needed to be made. New rollers, cables and a springs needed adjustment. The repairs were made systematically and with precision. No question that my repair tech Donley knew his job. The rollers were worn out and/frozen so the results were amazingly quiet operation . When Donley left, the garage was clean, no mess.
