Mechanical Aptitude: You’re comfortable using standard hand and power tools (drills, hammers, tape measures).
Physical Grit: You can safely lift and carry 75+ pounds, comfortably stand on ladders, and don't mind working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
People Skills: You are polite, respectful, and genuinely enjoy talking to customers and helping them solve problems.
A Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and a safe driving history are required to drive our company trucks.
Reliability: You show up on time, take pride in your work, and are willing to work flexible hours (including weekends/evenings) to get the job done.
The Basics: High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred; must pass a pre-employment background check.
