Mr. Spring Garage Doors is seeking a friendly, smart, and motivated Sales/Dispatch/CSR Rep to join our team. Are you experienced with over-the-phone sales and want to be apart of a great team and environment? We want to see what you got! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident, excellent in customer service, and has meticulous attention to detail.
As a office admin you will be responsible for answering sales and service calls, booking and routing the calls to technicians, in person material sales/pickup, coordinating orders, account relations, organization within operations, and customer service. This is an in-person role, as you would be the sole office administrator, with the potential to have optional days to work remotely as we grow in the future. Each day will be different, you will be interacting with different customers on a daily basis, while dispatching jobs to different technicians. A patient and respectful attitude is a must while representing Mr. Spring.
