We asked for Mr Spring to replace our door seal and inspect for other issues. John, our service tech, was very professional, explained all the work he was proposing, and worked very quickly to get all the work done. The garage door functions like a dream now and things are sealed tight for winter. Kari, our customer service rep, was also very responsive and kind to work with. Everyone was very professional and kind to work with, and John did excellent work on the door!

John Pratt was a great installer of my new garage replacements. He was very courteous & super informative, answering questions & concerns & my choices & package prices.
I highly recommend you all to hire Mr Spring Garage Door as your garage installer & fixing your garage glitches. Their prices were honest & super reasonable because I had multiple other companies came & they all tried to scam me prior to John Pratt from Mr Spring Garage Door.
